Terms of Service for Defaced App

Welcome to Defaced App. By accessing or using our app (“Defaced”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the App for any illegal purpose, and you agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
2. Camera and Augmented Reality Features
The App uses augmented reality (AR) technology and Camera Kit, which may collect data from your device’s camera, microphone, and other sensors for the purpose of applying AR effects to photos and videos. By using the AR features of the App, you consent to the collection of this data for the purpose of providing the AR effects.
3. User-Generated Content
You retain all rights to the content you capture using the App, such as photos or videos. By submitting content to the App, you grant us a license to use, display, and share your content as necessary to operate the App and provide its services.
4. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Terms of Service Acceptance
When you use certain features in the App, such as AR lenses powered by Snapchat Camera Kit, you will be prompted to accept Snapchat’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These terms govern your use of the Camera Kit features in the App, and you agree to comply with them.
6. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Engage in any activity that may damage, disable, or impair the App.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
- Use the App for any commercial purposes without our express consent.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.
